         Our firm specializes in representing produce businesses in cases and issues under the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA). The firm was established in 1980 by Stephen McCarron who served as an attorney for the PACA Branch in Washington, D.C.
        The firm has represented hundreds of produce companies throughout the U.S. and internationally involving every kind of case that can arise under the PACA. These include trust cases, reparation cases, disciplinary cases, appeals, misbranding, bonding, licensing, audits, responsibly connected cases and international transactions.
